My frist and only order was around Jan 2024. Today is 21/05/2026 I noticed was being charged for 3 hours, which I was surprised to see given that I have not even logged on Upwork in over two years. Could you please look into this and cancel that charge? Given, the above I am not sure how to rate the overall service
