I don’t approach CVs, LinkedIn profiles, or interviews as a writer or advisor alone, but from the perspective of someone who has worked closely with leadership and hiring managers and understands how decisions are actually made.
I focus on clarity, positioning, and alignment with the Canadian job market; what gets attention, what creates traction, and what gets filtered out.
