When I revise your listings, I research with the following in mind:
• Who are these items for? Knowing your audience and "niching down" is important if you want to build a strong, loyal customer base
• What are words/phrases that will both accurately describe the items -and- get them in front of interested shoppers? If you want shoppers to click on your listings in search, having titles, tags, and descriptions that reflect the nature of your items is crucial.
• And, since Etsy is a -very- popular platform for gift shopping...are these items giftable? If so, who would enjoy receiving them as a gift? Utilizing specific keywords that will get your listings into search results for gifts for specific occasions can give your items an additional boost in Etsy's algorithm.
