I have a lot of experience using the Featured.com platform for building awesome backlinks for myself and clients. Based on my experience, it works best to structure the project around a set number of pitches and then guarantee a certain number of links based on my usual success rate (20-30%). I also guarantee at least 1, 2, or 3 DR50 backlinks depending on the project that you select.
In many cases, you will end up with more links than I guarantee, but if we aren't able to achieve the minimum number of guaranteed links for the project, I will continue to pitch until we get it.
Rather than only pitch super high DR sites, I pitch to a wider range of websites (DR10-90+) so that we can get a nice mix of backlinks from a wider variety of sources. In my experience, high DR backlinks are absolutely great, but we also want to increase the diversity of our backlink profile with as many relevant and reputable unique domains as possible.
