Project details
Every Facebook page or group has their own unique needs! I will:
- Approve or decline members based on set criteria
- Send welcome messages via Messenger
- Approve or decline member-generated posts
- Ensure that posts fit within the group rules before posting
- Respond to mentions and direct messages
- Help enforce the group rules, which can include: closing comments on a post, deleting a post or private -messaging group members about rule violations
- Carefully watch posts that are becoming divisive and step in quickly to close or delete posts if needed
- Join existing conversations by validating information, correcting misinformation, and sharing information
- Pass on feedback via end-of-shift report and alert leadership of any immediate concerns
SERVICES BASELINE: I will spend a minimum of 45 minutes per day moderating your group or page throughout the entire day. I strive to focus on your page at a minimum of 3 different time points each day. (5 hours per week minimum and up to 10 hours). This is just to give you an idea! Anything beyond this will need a further discussion.
