Started off ok - we believe this was when he was trying to make a reputation on Upwork, but quickly became unresponsive as he started to prioritize other projects. Often missing for days without explanation. Ended contract after 2 months of no activity or communication on the project!
We also noticed him working on personal branding or other client projects on our time - we discovered this on his timesheets. Had to warn him more than once.
