I'm Matt. I'm an ADDCA-trained ADHD Coach. For the past 4 years, I've had the privilege of leading an ADHD support group in Bangkok, connecting with incredible individuals from around the globe. This experience, coupled with ongoing collaborations with ADHD professionals worldwide, has given me unique insights into the challenges and triumphs of living with ADHD, both in Asia and the West.
