This consultation includes two focused 60-minute working sessions designed to turn your current go-to-market setup into a clear, practical technical architecture.
During the first session, we will collaboratively map your current-state (“as-is”) GTM system live. We will document your tools, data flows, integrations, automations, handoffs, bottlenecks, and operational challenges across marketing, sales, RevOps, customer success, analytics, and AI.
Between sessions, I will review the architecture and identify opportunities to simplify the stack, improve data quality, reduce manual work, strengthen integrations, and introduce scalable automation.
During the second session, we will review and refine a future-state (“to-be”) architecture built around your business goals, team, budget, and existing technology.
