Landing page rework/design
I contacted Waseem to create a landing page design for me via Figma - this was to be delivered in two milestones - 1. Initial design and mockup - 2. Round of feedback and final delivery. He made a mockup design but when i requested any sort of content change or even feedback from him he tried to charge me for every single thing that is even in scope of the work. He then tried to tell me that I used AI to review the site when in fact I only used AI to help me clearly ask my questions to the freelancer to gather his professional opinion. He didn't even read through it but instead told me it would cost. On top of this, without ever considering my feedback he asked me to release funds for round two when i never had the oppurtunity to give my feedback or get it implemented. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR SOEMTHING I NEVER AGREED TO. This by far is the absolute worst experience I have ever had on upwork - terrible communication, terrible collaboration and i would give 0 stars if i could. Nothing i asked or said was out of scope or even crazy to ask. I even told him i dont need him to build,code or implement - I will handle that, I just needed help optimizing the content of the design - he still tried to charge even more for that. Beware of nickel and dime scams on upwork where they try to say askign questions is out of scope when you are paying for that exact service! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH WASEEM.
