I started my digital career in 2012 at iProspect, the first advertising agency in the world that dedicated its services to search engine advertisement solely. At iProspect, I worked up to the Performance Marketing Director title. I had the chance to track KPIs and helped businesses reach their objectives through online sales boosts or increasing brand awareness. At iProspect, I participated in Cannes Young Lions - Turkey Qualifications for the media category.
After spending seven years at iProspect, I worked as the Head of Digital at GroupM, one of the biggest global agency networks. My primary responsibilities were coordinating the team of 24 people for all the digital needs of BBVA Turkey, including SEO, Analytics, and ads on all digital channels. I was responsible for an annual digital budget of 16 M euros. Moreover, I participated as head of the digital in the global pitch process of Ferrero, Henkel, and P&G in GroupM.
Last but not least, In February 2021, we established D-Dat Consultancy. We provide dedicated services around digital media to our partners from all around the world, including Finland, Hong Kong, Germany, Us, etc. We have three primary services; SEO, Paid Media, and Web Analytics. We have a strong team of 12 people.
I am passionate about digital trends and programmatic marketing progress. Throughout my career, I analyzed various customer journeys to offer the most effective digital strategy for the brands I worked for. In addition, I have experience managing innovative and result-driven campaigns for various accounts like Coca-Cola Company, Garanti BBVA, Nivea, adidas, and Opel. I had to chance to work and lead the process of e-commerce platform launch for brands like adidas, Decathlon, and Tchibo in the Turkish market.
To contribute to the growth of the digital industry, I have been giving digital-oriented tutorials to SME business owners and brand managers since 2015. I was ranked as one of the top 20 among 180 international participants in the NextGen program, a Google&iProspect Digital Marketing Leadership course split across five main modules, each covering a different face of digital marketing and leadership. I also participated as a Mobile Marketing Association(MMA) board member and actively worked in IAB working groups.
