Promoting English Learning Platform on Forums and Social Media
We agreed that Vincent will promote our resource on web forums engaging with the community. Vincent originally reported with screenshots of posts, but the posts themselves were impossible to find. Later after being asked explicitly and arguing about needing to prove his work, he provided a list of links. About 50% of links did not have actual content. I decided to accept the milestone anyway and we agreed that Vincent will post on Quora (these were possible to find). After this occasion, Vincent posted links to prove his work at least 2 times with 0 content following the links on both occasions. I spent significantly more time checking Vincent's unstructured reports (only to find nothing) that the actual work would took. After the 2nd occasion, Vincent did not suggest to actually provide the proof of work in the same way other freelancers do, and instead suggested that the work was done but the content was later deleted. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience for me, and I ended the contract after the 1st milestone.
