The project manager, Diana, scheduled meetings regularly to share the research and to address my inquiries or concerns in generous detail. She was also intuitive ā in fact, she often knew exactly what I was asking even if I didnāt yet know!
Very fruitful communication, too ā for example, every time I posed a question to Diana, the rest of the team had been informed and promptly adjusted their deliverables accordingly. As a result, they were able to deliver a fine-tuned strategy deck that accurately reflected my unique business model and the values of my target audience. I am very content with the level of dedication they have brought to my mission and plan to work with them again.
