Product sourcing / Supply chain expert with over 8+ years of experience working in the Chinese market.
As a global sourcing specialist, I have extensive experience in sourcing products mostly from China, Vietnam, Malaysia, Pakistan, and the US. Besides Alibaba, 1688, and made-in-china, I have various contacts with Chinese manufacturers and have trusted freight forwarders based in Wuhan, Yiwu and Shenzhen.
Finding manufacturers / suppliers, do all the negotiations, inspect the samples.
Finalize multiple manufacturers according to product quality and pricing.
Evaluation of the samples.
Finalizing at least 3 manufacturers / suppliers.
Provide all the branding, packaging, barcodes, and labels.
Meantime, getting the freight forwarders on board.
Finalize the freight forwarder and connect him with the supplier.
Let the freight forwarder take the rest of the work to ship this inventory to the desired location. It can vary a little bit depending on whether we are going with DDP or EXW.
