This page speed report is compiled by a developer, for a developer.
The report compiles common issues across your site that are impacting page speed. If everything was implemented you would achieve page speed scores of 100.
It's likely that you won't want to implement everything as generally some items that help achieve a page speed of 100 can be laborious to the point that you'd be better to rebuild your site.
The great thing about this report is a developer has:
• Included a commentary so you will know exactly which items *might* be too cumbersome to solve
• Assigned each task to a role (website administrator, developer or sever administrator)
The report will look at up to 150 HTML URLs. If your site is larger, 250 URLs is still perfectly fine as _many_ items will be repeated site-wide and limiting URLs removes some overwhelm.
If your site is smaller than 150 HTML URLs then the report will look at every single page.
