🪙 Seeking Experienced Crypto Community Moderator (Discord) Jude showed initial enthusiasm and expressed a clear understanding of expectations. However, execution was inconsistent. There were frequent communication gaps, repeated formatting and message-quality issues, and missed performance targets despite multiple reminders and clear guidelines.

While he demonstrated some effort to match the communication style and understand the tasks, the results didn’t meet the quality or reliability standards required for this role. Unfortunately, the contract had to be closed early due to underperformance and prolonged unresponsiveness.

I wouldn’t recommend for roles that require high attention to detail, independent problem-solving, or timely and consistent delivery without close supervision.
