My experience runs deeper than most generalist consultants because I’ve lived on both sides of the revenue equation. Across several executive roles I wasn’t just selling — I was managing global tax liability, foreign exchange exposure, and regulatory compliance across 200+ countries for companies selling internationally.

I’ve built and led teams while simultaneously closing eight-figure ARR in enterprise fintech. I’ve owned $50M+ P&L responsibilities while rebuilding GTM from the inside while the business was still running. These weren’t advisory roles. I was in the work.

That breadth matters because most revenue problems aren’t isolated. A broken HubSpot setup is usually a symptom of a misaligned sales process. A stalled pipeline is often a positioning problem in disguise. Pricing that doesn’t convert is frequently a sales motion issue, not a pricing issue. I’ve seen enough of these patterns across enough industries to connect dots that someone with a narrower background would miss.

SaaS, payments, fintech, eCommerce, subscriptions, B2B, DTC, government — I’ve sold into them, built revenue systems inside them, and helped founders navigate them from pre-revenue through scale.
