Project details

You supply: domain, hosting, and WordPress site.

I supply: 200-400 SEO-optimized pages uploaded to your site automatically through ZimmWriter. I generate the content with ZimmWriter's deep research tool which uses Perplexity to source facts and insert links to authoritative sites. I use Claude Sonnet 3.5 or GPT 4o at this time. Each piece is optimized for entity SEO. I organize pages into pillars and support articles, and each includes internal links to other relevant pages.

Note that since you're getting 200-400 pages for $2,000, I only do a basic read-through and edit on these posts. My custom prompts with the various tools provide AI output that just needs very basic tweaks, if any.

All pages include:

Optimized meta description
Optimized Title+headers
Entity-SEO optimized content
Optimized hierarchical URL structure with pillar and support pages (types-of-trees/pine-trees)
Industry Expertise

"Brogan is fantastic to work with! Proactive, great communicator, I've never had to give the same feedback twice - he quickly understands and implements directives."

Most AI content doesn't rank. It reads like a robot, says nothing new, and sits on page 5 while the same three competitors keep the top spots. If you're an SEO manager, a content manager, or a site owner staring at a pile of AI articles that aren't pulling traffic, that's the problem I fix.

Most of the AI content out there has the same three problems. It's generic, it has no real entity coverage, and it sounds nothing like a person. Google keeps getting better at spotting that, and so do readers. So publishing more of it just buries your site deeper and trains people to scroll past you.

I write SEO content that ranks, and my sub-specialty is AI content that ranks. Those aren't the same thing. Plenty of people can generate a draft. Far fewer can make AI articles that hold up on Google and still get pulled into AI Overviews and Perplexity. I've been doing the harder one at scale.

Here's the short version of my track record.

I've written professionally for about 8.5 years, since well before AI. So I know how to structure a piece, build an argument, and write topic sentences that carry entity salience. Early on I spent three years as a full-time content writer at a performance marketing company. I helped launch their car insurance and auto loan categories, and our car insurance page on MarketWatch ranked #1 against ValuePenguin, NerdWallet, and The Zebra.

For the last year I've managed content production at a national utility tracking site. I've published over 120 articles with an AI assisted workflow, including solar, backup battery, generator, and storm prep content, plus collaborated on programmatic cost pages by state and city. My Tesla Powerwall capacity article ranks on page 1 for "tesla powerwall capacity," and my Tesla Powerwall cost page is climbing, currently up to position 6.

Beyond writing, I handle the strategy, refresh old pages that stopped ranking, update affiliate pages with new products, and can manage other freelancers. So I know what it takes to actually run content production, not just hand off a draft and disappear.

The AI citation results are where it gets interesting. In my tracking dashboard for June 20, 2026, the national utility site pulled 1,566 total citations across 2,341 AI responses in Google AI Overview and Perplexity. The site's pages were cited 119 times, which made us the #3 most cited domain.

I do this on the B2B SaaS side too. I rewrote a client comparison page and it now ranks #1. When I updated another one of their posts, it generated 561 citations across the prompts we track, up from 227, a 147% increase.

So how do I get AI content to rank when most of it doesn't?

I treat it like real SEO, not a prompt. I pull live SERP data first, then I extract the entities and the verb and noun pairs that keep showing up, so the article speaks the language Google already rewards. I research the topic on reputable sources for facts and links. I build the outline around search intent and the buying journey, usually BOFU or some MOFU, since that's the content that moves readers to act. Then I write with topic sentences under every heading, high entity salience, FAQ sections, and quotable takeaways, which is what answer engines pull from.

The last step is the human part. I run the draft through my own voice pass so it doesn't sound like AI, then I manually edit and fact check. That's the difference between content that ranks and content that gets ignored.

What I'm good for:

AI content that ranks and gets cited, not buried.
On-page SEO done right, so search intent, keyword placement, internal linking, and structured content.
Comparison pages, affiliate pages, BOFU and MOFU articles, and programmatic content.
Clean drafts that need minimal editing, written to your target reading level.

Here's who I work best with. If you're an SEO manager, I'll speak your language on intent and on-page, and I won't need much hand holding. If you're a content manager, I'll turn around clean drafts that fit your style guide and need minimal editing. If you own the site, I'll treat your traffic like it's my own and care whether it actually moves.

If you've got AI content that isn't performing, or you want a system that produces articles that rank and get cited instead of buried, let's talk. Tell me what you're publishing and where you want it to show up.

Steps for completing your project
