The thinking behind results like these:
An ecommerce brand's sales had quietly slowed, and it looked like a seasonal dip. It wasn't. Their Trustpilot rating had dropped, undermining trust with potential customers right at the moment they were deciding whether to buy. That's not an ads fix, it's a business fix that happened to surface in ad performance. I resolved the underlying issue and rebuilt their feed to properly represent over 800 products.
A chiropractic clinic was spending money competing with itself, running five campaigns bidding on the same keywords. That's not a targeting issue, it's a resource allocation issue. I restructured the account around the three offers that actually mattered to their business.
