How I Solve Problems

One ecommerce brand experienced declining sales that appeared to be seasonal. The real issue wasn't advertising, it was trust. Their Trustpilot rating had fallen, reducing conversion rates at the point of purchase. We addressed the underlying trust issues and rebuilt their Google Merchant Center feed to properly represent more than 800 products.
