The experience did not meet expectations. While Maruf was responsive and communicative, the overall execution and expertise in PPC management were not at the level required for our project.
We encountered ongoing issues that remained unresolved over multiple weeks, including items that were reported as fixed but required repeated attention. Unfortunately, during this period, our conversions and call volume declined significantly, with no calls generated in the final days of the engagement.
There is potential for growth, but based on our experience, the results did not justify continuing the collaboration.
