We hired Prodosh to manage our Google Ads campaigns, but unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. After launching a Performance Max (PMAX) campaign, we were quickly overwhelmed with spam calendar bookings and website form submissions, which severely disrupted our business operations and caused us to lose thousands of dollars in potential revenue.
While we understand that ad campaigns often require refinement and tuning, what was most concerning was Prodosh’s complete lack of communication. Despite multiple messages alerting him to the issue and asking for support, he never responded or took any corrective action. This left us with no choice but to terminate the contract early and begin the search for a new vendor who can help us correct these mistakes and get us back on track.
We would not recommend this vendor to others, as the lack of accountability and responsiveness created significant harm to our business.
