Google Ad-Shopify Setup and Optimization
We had a good start, and initially things looked promising with some add-to-cart activity in the first couple of weeks. However, after optimization changes were made, performance declined significantly. The campaign direction shifted toward phone calls rather than e-commerce conversions, which was not aligned with our primary objective. I provided feedback on this twice, but the strategy did not adjust accordingly. Ultimately, we spent over $2,000 between ad spend and management fees without generating a single sale, which was the core goal of the engagement. Communication was solid and turnaround times were good, but the inability to align execution with stated objectives and respond to feedback was a major issue. Based on the results and misalignment with objectives, I would not hire again.
