Live Life With Zest: A health and wellness coaching website. The owner of the business entrusted me with taking care of her Facebook and Instagram accounts. I created an editorial calendar, and a step-by-step guide to writing blog posts (for future candidates). I also created social media posts (2 posts/week) and blog posts (bi-weekly). The highlight of my time with the company was organically growing her Facebook page from around 10 likes to a little over 200 in a month.
The Basil and Becky Educational Foundation: An NGO in Philadelphia with a mission to preserve and teach African-American History (with a focus on the WWII period). My responsibilities were similar to those of "Live Life With Zest". The foundation’s president was impressed with the work that I put in. He proceeded to hire me for several personal jobs (data collection and email marketing).
My WikiGenius: An online Tutoring website. As a matter of fact, I was both a tutor (Biology and English) and a social media manager. I focused mainly on creating and publishing Facebook and Instagram posts twice a week. I kept the Facebook posts educational and the Instagram posts humorous. Unfortunately, the company shut down during COVID.
Wazolab: a hybrid company that does web development, technical IT support, and marketing. I was a digital marketing executive in charge of revamping our website's copy and managing the social media accounts for one of our clients' products (an online learning platform called Phenix Academy). Most of my job required me to write in French, which I've been taking since 3rd grade.
