Talent Outreach Manager
Muhammad was initially very dedicated, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. I genuinely appreciated his effort and initially felt that I had found a gem who could manage the entire project with minimal supervision.
However, throughout the project, I noticed that several tasks were not completed on time despite clear deadlines and reminders. Out of approximately 550 creators sourced, only 4–5 successfully came through, which was quite disappointing. We have had other managers handle the same process and achieve around 50 successful creators, so the results were not due to our structure.
Communication with influencers could also be improved, as many messages were too short, lacked emotion, and did not align with our brand voice.
Despite these challenges, I genuinely believe Muhammad has a great deal of knowledge and could be a valuable resource for other brands. Unfortunately, the level of dedication and commitment did not meet the needs of this project. I still appreciate the learning experience and would not discourage others from hiring him, as I believe he has strong potential.
