He canceled the contract after asking for a refund when work has not been completed in 8 months. Since July 2024, I’ve invested $1,800 with the expectation that three key tasks will be completed and unfortunately, he was not diligent on his work - forcing me to end the partnership.
Website speed improvement – Incomplete, I still have a low-speed score ($600)
AdSense approval – Incomplete, now with multiple disapprovals ($600)
Font updates – Completed ($600)
Given that only one of three tasks has been fulfilled, I requested a $1,200 refund for the incomplete work. Despite my patience and multiple follow-ups, I have not received timely updates. Additionally, the unsolicited forex investment email was unprofessional and out of line.
I’m disappointed this didn’t work out but am still not getting a response about the refund and he canceled the contract.
