The work consistently came back with careless errors that required review and correction, including wrong links in ads, incorrect settings enabled on ads, and emails scheduled for the wrong days. Communication was also limited by a narrow daily availability window, which made turnaround slower than I needed. For detail-sensitive execution work, it just wasn't the right fit.
