In 2006 I founded Bashpole Software, Inc. and have led it for nearly twenty years. Through our PromoterMotor division, I built a digital marketing agency serving hundreds of nonprofit clients nationwide, managing over $11 million in Google advertising and generating more than 200 million ad impressions. Through our federal contracts division, I won over $5 million for work that produced idTraffickers, an anti-human-trafficking intelligence platform. Most recently, I launched NourishCap, a YouTube channel and collaborative market that is a hobby endeavor combining my marketing expertise with a personal passion for mycology education.
What I bring to any organization is the ability to operate across domains that rarely overlap in one person: I can write code and I can write ad copy. I can pitch a federal contract and I can pitch a small business owner. I can manage a P&L, run a team of fifteen, build a Go-To-Market strategy, produce a video, configure a CRM, read a research paper, and get a grant application funded. I have worked with startups, national nonprofits, defense agencies, and Fortune 100 companies, and I communicate effectively with all of them.

Career & Educational Background
My career has been shaped by an uncommon combination of deep technical training and hands-on commercial execution. I hold a Master of Science in Engineering (Computer Science) from the University of Pennsylvania and dual bachelor's degrees with honors from Indiana University in Cognitive Science, Computer Science, and Mathematics (triple major in four years). I started at Lockheed Martin's Advanced Technology Labs, where I published peer-reviewed research on AI-driven data integration, organized three international conferences, and served on the steering committees of leading academic initiatives in semantic technology. That early foundation in artificial intelligence, systems thinking, and detail-oriented writing has informed everything since.
