Unfortunately, this project didn’t meet expectations. While communication was polite and sufficient, the work consistently fell short of the standard required - particularly on the design side.
Despite initially presenting confidence in the required skills for the project scope, the output reflected a lack of experience in attention to detail, modern email design and required far more direction than anticipated. Overall, it felt like an overpromise and underdeliver experience, and I had to find alternative support to complete the project.
