RUN. AWAY. The freelancer has been hired to help with our company reputation. The milestone was set for 30+ reputations.
Communication was terrible, constant follow ups, no responses for up to 48 hours, completely unprofessional. Having to chase someone you've paid.
Freelancer changed the project in the mid-term saying he is not able to deliver this, and has requested to make a change which makes it "less valuable" for me. I accepted, just to complete the project.
The project of 30+ reputations has been completed, but as everyone in the space knows, the reputations are paid to stick.
In a single day after releasing milestone we lost 17 reputations, 2 days after that all 32 of them.
The freelancer has said he's going to re-fill and help sort this out, which has not happened at all, he's ghosting, non-responsive, and fails to deliver any sort of sorry or a refund.
His comment was "It's not my fault, or me to blame, these reputation platforms removed it".
While his whole job was to make sure they don't get removed, after all that's the only part of the service that is valuable, anyone else can do what he's done.
Not to mention the milestone was set for project to be completed 10 DAYS after, in which the freelancer missed it by 30 DAYS. 20 days later after that was promised + CHANGING the arrangement.
Overall, stay away from this freelancer, communication if I could rate -10 I would, constantly checking-in to get a reply, changing the project, the project not even being completed, insanely terrible service. RUN. AWAY
