If you are considering hiring Muhammad Talha, I strongly recommend that you thoroughly vet his capabilities to ensure he can actually meet your requirements. Before we started, I asked if he could handle the project; he confirmed he could and claimed extensive experience in the textile sector. He reviewed my requirements and target prices and agreed to take on the work.
Throughout the weeks we worked together, I found myself paying for his 'trial and error' process, which showed a lack of professionalism. He constantly offered excuses instead of delivering the requested results. I did not hire him to make excuses; I hired him to fulfill the agreed-upon tasks. After being very patient and giving him multiple chances, I realized that I was simply wasting my time and money. I have decided to terminate the contract.
My advice is to be extremely clear and conduct deeper research before hiring him, as he accepts jobs even when he is not capable of fulfilling them. The only reason I am not giving him a lower rating is that he is a kind person, but I cannot recommend him for tasks that require strict adherence to specific requirements.
