You will get a professionally hosted group due diligence education course centered around your REG CF offering. Course segments will be offered weekly and will last for 60-90 minutes each.
Starter: 3 cohort meetings: Intro to DD, How to find and read raise docs, Q&A with company founders
Standard: 4 cohort meetings, Intro to DD, How to find and read raise docs, Q&A with company attorney, Pitch and Q&A with company founders
Advanced: 5 cohort meetings: Intro to DD, How to find and read raise docs, Q&A with company attorney, Pitch and Q&A with company founders, Group wrap-up call with final pitch from company founders
During the course, up to 50 participants will learn:
a) What is due diligence? How is it conducted? What can I bring to the table? What matters to me in an investment opportunity?
b) How to review a REG CF raise. How to find and interpret business documents and SEC Form C filings.
c)Things to consider when evaluating an investment: values fit, equity vs debt vs convertible note vs SAFE. Dividends, dilution, and investor profiles.
Participants will gain an understanding of due diligence. Clients will benefit from reciprocity and community building efforts.
