I strongly advise against working with this freelancer. Over the course of more than two months, he failed to launch the Google Ads campaign as promised. His communication was terrible; he only provided updates when I explicitly asked for the status.
Unfortunately, I made the mistake of prepaying him outside of Upwork at his insistence—a decision I deeply regret. After repeated failures and delays, I requested a refund for the money I had paid, but he outright refused.
This freelancer’s lack of professionalism and integrity has cost me a significant amount of money and time. Do not trust him with your projects. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable partner.

Do not work with this guy! He will tell you he can do whatever you want and he will not deliver. Even getting updates is tough. Save your money find another freelancer. Anyone but this guy. All he does is empty promises. I’m pretty sure his ranking are mostly fake because he didn’t even deliver a single click for us
