Google Merchant Center Suspension fix & Account Access Recovery
I was extremely disappointed with my experience working with Vicora.
Communication was unclear from the very beginning, which made it difficult to manage the project effectively. We agreed to work in milestones, and I paid for the first milestone.However, when I reviewed the work, I discovered that many of the issues that were supposed to be completed in that milestone had not been fixed.
Throughout the project, I repeatedly asked for progress updates, but they were not provided proactively, and I often had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response.
Most recently, I spent considerable time preparing a detailed document with screenshots, explanations, and links showing every remaining issue on the website. Rather than addressing the outstanding work, Vicora terminated the contract instead of fixing the problems.
Unfortunately, the project is left incomplete, and I now need to find someone else to finish work that should have been completed as part of the agreed scope. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with Vicora.
