RECENT WORK
Right Way Roofing (Utah, 2026). Their previous agency left casino spam backlinks pointing at the site and Search Console disconnected. I disavowed the spam links, reconnected Search Console, fixed the technical problems (site health score went from 52 to 76 in under 60 days) and built city pages. Their business now shows up in local search 200% more often than before, measured in Search Console. I did not have access to their phone system or CRM, so I make no claim about their call volume. Treatmental Health (California, 2025), a multi-location behavioral health group. They now show in the Google Map Pack across several cities. I did the Google Business Profile work, the MedicalOrganization schema and the E-E-A-T content.

WHAT I DO
Local SEO. Google Business Profile setup, verification, categories, services, posts and Q&A. Map pack rankings. Getting your name, address and phone listed correctly on the directories Google checks, and removing the duplicate listings that confuse it.
AI SEO (AEO and GEO). When someone asks an AI "who is the best roofer in my city", it pulls from a handful of sources. My job is getting your business into that set. Same business details everywhere online. Organization and LocalBusiness schema on your site so AI tools know exactly what you do and where. Plain question-and-answer pages written the way people actually ask. Then I baseline which prompts name you and which name your competitor, work the gaps, and re-check. You see that baseline before you commit to anything.
Technical SEO. Core Web Vitals, crawl and index problems, schema (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review), internal linking, sitemaps, Search Console cleanup. WordPress or static sites.
On-Page SEO. Keyword research, city and service pages built for local intent, titles, headings, and content written around the question the searcher typed.
SEO Audit and off-page. Full audit with fixes ranked biggest first, backlink review, toxic link disavow, local link building, and a clear path to organic traffic growth.
HOW IT WORKS
You keep ownership of everything. Your Google Business Profile, your website, your Search Console and Analytics accounts stay in your name, and I work from access you can remove any day. Month one you get a written list of what is broken and what I am fixing first. Every month after that, one report showing what changed, what I did and what is next, plus a call if you want one. Monthly work is month to month. No lock-in contract.
You work with me, not an account manager. I do the strategy and the hands-on work myself, so nothing gets handed to a junior. I take a limited number of monthly clients for that reason.
Most of my work is home services: roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical. I also handle multi-location healthcare and real estate.
