As an experienced survey designer for public health research, I have developed surveys for non-profits, research institutions, patient advocacy organizations, and more. Survey platforms make survey design pretty easy, but without expert help, you may not be maximizing results, especially if your goal is to publish a manuscript. I have completed training on survey design and methodology in addition to years of experience designing and analyzing surveys.

Planning call/meeting (30 mins)
Optional 30 minute meeting to discuss project plan. You may send me your project details via email and if I have everything I need, I can get to work. However, the option is available to you to discuss the project over zoom/phone call, if needed.
Survey development
Draft survey questions including introductory text, consent, demographic questions, and qualitative and quantitative questions tailored to your research topic. The deliverable will be a Word document to support survey programming.
