WordPress Elementor Designer/Developer Needed for Existing Website Redesign
While the website design was gorgeous and Mursaleen's response time was exceptional, his communication came across as pushy and rude at times. I'll chalk it up to a language barrier, but there was more than one occasion when his comments made us balk and consider finding alternative help.
We understand we were asking for a lot of changes to the website design, but being told we were unprofessional because we didn't send every imaginable change at once, and then being told we needed to hurry up and provide feedback despite being fully communicative about our availability, was off-putting. We were working with the business owner, so patience was key while waiting for her availability to review items, and we communicated that throughout the process.
Others who don't need many changes, are readily available, or simply care more about the final product than the working relationship may have a better experience.
Again, the work was GREAT, but the communication skills - especially at a time when AI can help bridge language gaps - need a lot of work. As the quality of the work outweighed the communication issues in this case, we gave four stars instead of three.
