Hello..! I'm a freelance architect with more than 12 years of experience in architectural Rendering & 3D visualizer services.
I will help you create stunning aerial Master Plan 3D renderings from your 3D file (preferably a SketchUp file, or any 3D file if you don't have one) for presentations or real estate listings.
Here is the breakdown for different pricing packages:
1. Starter: One shot of daylight rendering with areas up to 30 Ha.
2. Standard: One shot of daylight rendering with areas ranging from 31 Ha to 60 Ha.
3. Advanced: One shot of daylight rendering with areas ranging from 61 Ha to 100 Ha.
*) For areas above 100 Ha, we can discuss determining the value of the service fee.
**) If you don't have a 3D model file yet, I can make a 3D model as long as you provide a 2D master plan file with specific instructions. We can discuss to determine the value of the service fee.
The output will be one Stunning rendering image with a base resolution of approx. 9600 x 5400 pixels in .jpg format.

Delivery time starts when Dian receives requirements from you.

Please provide me with all project details like architectural finishes (paving, wall paint, facade materials, etc.). If you can provide some inspiration photos, it'll be great!
2. Executing
1). I will create a raw render based on your SketchUp file and information; 2). Send you a preview; 3). You can verify if its correct, or need a correction; 4). Continue to create the final render
