In addition to 28 years in business, I hold a Master of Science degree in Project Management and Level 1 Gamification Certification, and study the Adult Learning principles of experts and theorists such as Gagne (nine events), Maslow (hierarchy of needs), and Dr. Ruth Clark; which ensures my courses, tutorials, and training materials, engage learners of all ages, utilize the proper balance of white space, text, and graphics, and result in high Learner Retention rates. She checked in at several points during the design and development phases to make sure she was on the right track. Each time, the work she presented was high-quality, and completed in a reasonable timeframe. Cheryl does a wonderful job of making e-learning interactive, even during mostly informative parts. Cheryl also balances accepting feedback and making requested changes with offering suggestions and alternatives. We would absolutely hire Cheryl again.
