I also am a Lecturer and Assessor at Edinburgh College of Art, part of Edinburgh University, where I work with second-year MFA design students, responsible for planning and creating assignments, tutoring, feedback and assessment. For the past 16 years, I have been leading teams in a variety of industries. This experience spans from the leadership of a UI design team while simultaneously leading Art Directors, Photographers, Stylists, Models on photosets.
