Project details
I create premium AI-generated real estate promo videos for brokers, agencies, developers and property marketing teams.
The package includes creative direction, script structure, storyboard, AI image generation, AI video generation, editing, music, on-screen captions, standard upscale and final delivery. Each package also includes a standard AI generation budget for the selected video length.
One 30-minute call is included and can be used once at the client’s preferred stage: after the brief, during storyboard review, or during videoboard review. All other reviews are handled in writing through Upwork messages. Any additional call beyond the included 30-minute call is billed separately at $75 per 30 minutes and must be approved before scheduling.
All review materials, including storyboard, AI image previews, videoboard and final preview, are provided for review only. Clean, non-watermarked final files are delivered only after final approval.
Additional AI generation rounds, new creative directions, major changes after approval, additional formats or extra video length are handled through add-ons or custom quotes.

I write the script and build the storyboard structure: scenes, camera angles, locations, directing notes, scene order, actions, pacing and what each scene needs to communicate.
