Short Paid Ad Video Creator (UGC Spokesperson + Cinematic Edit)
Kristen was responsive and brought good energy on camera, which is why we initially moved forward.
However, the final deliverables did not meet the level or direction required for our ad campaigns. We provided detailed feedback and allowed for a full revision, but the updated versions were still not aligned with the brief or our existing ad standards, so we were unable to use the edited assets or static designs.
We were able to reach a partial resolution through Upwork.
Overall, a positive experience on the UGC side, but not the right fit for the type of creative editing and execution we needed.
