e-Learning Lesson: Call Flow for Basic Data Entry
Iyana did a great job designing our e-learning lesson. She respected the course and lesson structure we already had planned while adding fresh ideas and asking good questions about the content. Some of the screen layouts she designed for certain activities improved the project a lot. In general, her work is clean and clear.
In the future, I think we'll have a more direct conversation about the contract milestones and timing, so that we're both on the same page. That said, we would gladly work with Iyana again.

Instructional Designer needed for creating K-12 SEL lessons
Iyana did excellent work. However, she was not timely in completion of the lessons. She was hard to get in touch with, did not respond to messages in a timely manner, and was combative. I would not use her again or recommend her. The headaches and hassles are not worth the good work she does.
