Project details
A project starts by identifying the goals, style, the draft script (if there is one) that are desired by the customer. The we share, via ZOOM, the Vyond Studio, demoing the features and limitations of the environment so that there is a common understanding of what may be done and how the script and environment interact.
The implementer builds a first draft of the key scenes, characters and animation.
In a second meeting, the team members review these key scenes, changing characters, props and scenes in real time to make sure the video is what the customer wants.
The implementer expands the video into a first, full draft and sends the *.MP4 to the customer for review. It is expected that this will partially capture the goals of the Customer, but edits will need to be made.
The Customer and implementer again go through the video in real time in the Vyond Studio to get feedback to the implementer.
Another *.MP4 file is passed to the Customer. Typically a few minor changes are then made

He has created, run and implemented sales and marketing functions for several companies in the software and services industries, personally closing more than $15 million of revenue. With good marketing content to use, Mr. Borton achieves drip-marketing metrics of greater than 20% email openings, 6% to 10% click-thru's and multiple 'click' ratios of 2 to 5 clicks per recipient. My best success is a recipient that had 18 openings and over 40 click-thru's! To achieve these rates, Mr. Borton created several 2-minute animated videos that were target and fun to watch. Audiences respond at a much higher rate to short, fun animated videos that to text-based websites.
These metrics indicate a strong degree of interest in the target audience. Also these indicate that many of the emails are being forwarded to multiple players in a company.
By identifying those prospects who are doing multiple click-thru's, he creates a prioritized list of targets for additional sales efforts - phone calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn Connect requests, etc., in order to move the prospect along the path to closure.
The in-house tools that Mr. Borton currently uses are SendinBlue for drip email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator for expanding Lead Lists in target companies, hunter.io for discovering email address patterns, and the Vyond Video Animation Studio for creating 1 to 3 minute videos for email 'ticklers', sales support, explainer videos, etc.
Mr. Borton is pleased to use tools other than those above if this is needed by a customer. If he is not familiar with the tool, he may, depending on the project, on his own time get up to speed on the environment to support a customer's needs.
He has recently been focusing on the addition of 2D animated videos in his marketing efforts. It has been found that short 2 to 4 minute videos have a higher click-thru rate and better audience retention than more traditional text content on website and social media.
Currently, he is a formal re-seller for Vyond (a 2D animation studio). In starting this role 3-months ago, he has already closed over $80,000 of sales for a $1,000 a year product.
Lastly, Mr. Borton has an in-depth understanding of project management, thus one will find him efficient and focused, often contributing to the plans for achieving a company's business goals.
