In regard to my teaching and directing background, I have several years of Adjunct Faculty experience from my time teaching Introduction to Performance at the University of Pittsburgh to Acting, Arts and the Human Experience, and Introduction to Acting for Non-Majors at the Conservatory of Performing Arts at Point Park University. I base a lot of my acting teaching on elements from Michael Chekhov to Konstantin Stanislavski. I help students use the truth in their acting and to utilize the text to help them find the clues into their character and objectives.
I also have directing and producing theatre experience from my years as the Co-Founding Artistic Director of the New Renaissance Theatre Company (a 501c3 organization in Pittsburgh) and then as the Managing Director of Hamlet Isn't Dead Theatre Company (in New York City).
My non-theatre experience includes being a Host at Per Se (Michelin Star restaurant in New York City), a Spa Concierge (Boothbay Harbor, Maine), and a Contract Receptionist at various New York City companies.
