My project involved creating a model for 3D printing from a relatively simple 2D image, so it involved a lot of interpretation and judgement in addition to technical skills. James made excellent decisions, took notes well, made adjustments promptly and offered creative solutions to some unexpected issues. We are 16 hours apart in time zone but I received responses faster from James than I do from freelancers in my own city. I feel lucky we found someone who could do this project so well, and efficiently, on the first try.
