I am a professional video conferencing producer. I will ensure your event runs smoothly so that the event organisers and facilitators can focus on the content they are delivering to their audience.
I work with clients over four stages, which are detailed in the pdf you can download here.
The four areas are:
Early preparation - where I work with the organiser to produce a plan that will enable alignment between all parties.
Collaboration Prior to the Event - where the running order is established and everyone involved understands their role in the delivery
Live Video Conferencing - where we use the preparation to ensure a smooth and professional delivery the enables participants focus and engage on content
Post Event Review - where we examine the successes and obstacles we experienced during the delivery, to allow for improvements in the future
