You will get a veteran director who's worked with all levels of talent and budgets.
Project details
I'm a seasoned director with extensive training as an editor and actor, meaning I know how to relate to and motivate talent. I also know what editors need, having worked hands on with both Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Most recently I wrapped a feature film, shot on the Black Magic 6K Pro. I've directed two TV pilots, one featured in my profile, as well as over 10 web series. My most popular spanned four seasons and 100 episodes. I'm detail oriented and efficient with time, focusing on the shots required to create an immersive final product, without superfluous footage. I strive to always keep the camera moving, unless the style dictates otherwise. I also enjoy collaboration and trust my team to be great at what they do. I've worked in comedy, horror, and traditional drama, but I can't help but pull out the humor in even the most mundane. I'm loyal and I'm passionate about realizing great ideas.

About Dan
Hollywood Editor and Director with 15+ years experience
Los Angeles, United States - 2:10 am local time
As a director and producer, inserting the fun and often funny into ideas is one of my passions. I generated millions of views over 8 years directing and producing comedy for YouTube (channels include Pillow Talk TV and BuzzChomp). I helped transform brands during my 5 years developing promotional campaigns and now excel at directing and producing UGC content (Hello Fresh, Meta, First Star, Royal Match). What I’m most proud of is successfully developing two feature length films from financing through post production, directing one entitled Alone (coming in January 2025). I excel in all phases of a project’s lifecycle, with a keen eye for how scripts become something transformative on screen. Short form or feature length, there is no box and all ideas can become something great!
