Vacant land listings are notoriously hard to sell- photos of trees aren't that interesting. I virtually 'stage' land parcels to better market them, whether it's a simple photo visualization or a short video that can be posted to social media. Some buyers just need a little help seeing the potential. *After photos and video will include a disclaimer "Example build" (or disclaimer stated by client) in the lower right hand corner to protect the listing agent.

Client sends listing photos, listing information, parcel number/address, and any relevant information for the property including what to showcase as the 'highest and best use' of the property (cabin, house, etc.).
Create the 'After' Photos
I create the 'After' Photos and send them to the client for approval and make sure there aren't any changes to be made.
