The freelancer consistently failed to meet deadlines and repeatedly went silent for long periods. The project was agreed for 3 days but every delivery attempt took 15+ days, always followed by new excuses. Communication was extremely inconsistent — multiple messages went unanswered for a week or more, and progress updates were unreliable. When asked for the final file, he claimed it was ready but delayed the upload for another 7 days. Only after the refund request did he respond immediately. Unfortunately, this level of reliability made the project impossible to complete on time
