I will produce, film and/or edit your property listing with top-notch production equipment (lights, camera, drone, stabilizers, sound) and editing gear. I've produced over 200 real estate videos, winning over 15 awards and partnering with several esteemed agencies (including Compass, Sotheby's, RE/MAX, Knight Frank, Berkshire Hathaway).
Although I primarily specialize in editing, I'm happy to film onsite, hire actors and write scripts (if needed). If you would like Options 2 or 3, I will also capture lifestyle footage of the area as a selling point for prospective buyers. Let's make a great video!
Most videos take between 1-2 days to edit, and all packages include color correction, stabilization, audio mixing, licensed music and motion graphics. I'm happy to include 2 additional revisions at no charge.
